Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

Please note: Not all items qualify for a return or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • The item(s) must be shipped and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale items are not eligible unless they are defective.
  • The item(s) must be in original packaging, in good working order, and unused/unworn with all tags attached.
  • Sealed items for hygienic reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
  • International orders cannot be returned.

Returns Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If your return is rejected, we will contact you to arrange sending the items back or propose an alternative solution. Any shipping fees to return rejected items will be your responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

… please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the problem and provide a solution.

Exchanges

  • After receiving your return, we will provide store credit to your account to place a new order.
  • Handling fees for exchanges:
    • US Orders: $11.95
    • Other countries: $25
  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return request, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Please note it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

We are not responsible for packages that have already been delivered to the recipient’s address.

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or stolen after delivery.

Customs and Import Charges

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to verify and pay any customs or import fees that may apply.

  • We may provide guidance on import costs, but please check with your country’s customs agency for exact details.
